Q. In which areas/regions do you operate?

Q. What is the validity of your price offer? Within what timeframe do I need to ship the product?

A. The instant offer is valid only if you ship the product as described within 3 working days of confirming your order. In case there is a delay in shipping from your side, the price offer is subject to change.

Q. How will my shipment be picked up?

A. We shall organize a free pickup from most locations in India. You shall be contacted to coordinate the pickup from your location. Please ensure that the shipment is ready for pickup at the agreed time.

Q. What if the shipping pickup service is not available from my location?

A. You would need to send the product to us using your own courier at your cost.

Q. What do I need to ensure before shipping my device?

A. You need to make sure that the specifications and condition is exactly the same as specified at the time of obtaining the price offer. The device has to be packed securely including all the accessories offered, the Shipping Label printed and stuck on the packing box.

Q. What if the item is damaged in transit?

A. It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure that items are packed securely before shipping. In case it reaches us in damaged condition, it will be returned back. We do not assume any responsibility for transit damage.

Q. Do I have to erase the contents in my device before sending?

A. It is recommended that you do that. However, in case you don’t, our technical team will erase your personal data on your behalf. Your Sim Card (if applicable) needs to be removed by you before shipping.

Q. How do you calculate the value of my product?

A. We have a dynamic pricing mechanism, which offers the updated estimated market value of the product at any given time.

Q. How and when do I get paid?

A. We usually send you payment by Direct Online Bank transfer to your bank account within 7 working days after receipt of your product. 

Q. How can I check the status of my transaction?

A. Once you send the product, you shall be able to track its shipment progress using the courier tracking no. on the courier’s website. After it reaches us, its status is updated which can be viewed under the “My Account” link Order History Status section.You will also be notified of the status via email.

Q. What if your evaluation of the product differs from the specifications provided?

A. In case there is a disagreement with the evaluation from the details provided to get a quote, the value might increase or decrease. A re-quote will be sent to you. You shall have the option to accept or decline the revised offer. In case you decline, the product will be returned free of cost within 3-5 working days. In case there is no response within 5 days, we will assume you have accepted the re-quote and the revised payment will be sent to you. In case the item is defective - fully or partially, the evaluation price will depend on the type of defect.

A. We accept the gadgets currently listed on our site. These can be selected from the models listed in various categories under Get Started. In case your product is not listed, you can Request a Quote using the link below by providing relevant details. If we can accept the product, an offer will be sent to you by email.

Q. What do you do with the used gadgets?

A. These are Refurbished and recycled/resold through our various distribution mechanisms.
