How do I sell my old mobile phone on Budli?

Selling on Budli takes 3 steps: (1) Enter your device details to get an instant online quote. (2) Schedule a free doorstep pickup at your convenience — we cover 25,000+ pincodes across India. (3) Get paid within 2-3 business days after our quality check. No haggling, no hidden deductions.

How does Budli calculate the price of my phone or laptop?

Budli's instant pricing engine considers the brand, model, storage variant, age, physical condition (screen, body, buttons), battery health, and functional status of your device. The quoted price is final — we do not reduce it at pickup unless the actual condition is significantly different from what you described.

Is my data safe when I sell my device through Budli?

Yes. Budli performs a certified secure data wipe on every device using industry-standard erasure protocols before it is refurbished or resold. Even if you forget to factory reset, your data is permanently erased in our facility.

Is buying a refurbished phone or laptop from Budli safe?

Yes. Every device goes through a 25-point quality check, is factory reset with data wiped, and backed by a 6-month service warranty (12 months on select iPhones). Budli offers 7-day returns and has served over 750,000 customers since 2015.

Does Budli provide free pickup when I sell my device?

Yes. Budli provides free doorstep pickup from over 25,000 pincodes across India. Simply schedule a pickup time after accepting your quote online.

How long does it take to get paid after selling on Budli?

Payment is processed within 2-3 business days from the date of pickup, once your device passes the quality check. You can receive payment via NEFT, UPI, or Amazon Pay.

What is the difference between refurbished and second hand electronics?

A second-hand device is sold as-is with no testing or warranty. A refurbished device like those sold on Budli has been professionally inspected, repaired where needed, data-wiped, graded by condition, and sold with a warranty — including a 25-point quality check.

How is Budli different from Cashify or Amazon Renewed?

Budli both buys used devices and sells certified refurbished electronics under one brand with consistent in-house quality standards. Compared to Amazon Renewed (90-day warranty), Budli offers 6 months. Unlike Cashify which focuses mainly on buying, Budli also sells certified refurbished devices directly to consumers.
